The event will include a presentation by Mercy Medical Group Dr. Inder Singh and one of his patients, who recently underwent surgery.
Representatives from Kaiser and Sutter hospitals will also be on hand to answer medical questions.
Information on healthy diet and activity choices will be available from representatives of Fleet Feet, Taylor's Market and the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op.
